Lauren Lippincott, MA, LMFTA
I’m pretty darn grateful to be here and have the job that I do. Years ago I was working a soul-sucking job, barely managing my health issues and knew I needed a change. I decided I needed to focus on creating a healthy, joyful life and I am better because of that personal work.
My hope is that I can support you during your own transformation.
I have lived through my own health nightmares: I was diagnosed with type I diabetes at age 4, several other autoimmune issues since then (including ankylosing spondylitis, alopecia areata and Celiac Sprue) and suffered a stroke in 2012. Despite such life altering events, I consider myself a stronger, more whole version of myself because I fought hard to intentionally create a life that I love. It took a lot of work, determination and help to get to this point of gratitude and acceptance but I know if I can do it, so can you and your family.
If you are ready to feel differently in and about your body, I can help you. You deserve a beautiful life and my passion is helping people find just that!
